Very long time taken to do basic work. Job took over an hour longer than planned for brake fluid and MOT. Left waiting with no info and shifting deadlines. Did not feel like valued customers

Service reception v friendly, repair of sudden fault dealt with on the day we arrived. However, the verbal advice from reception was to doubt that a repair could be done that day. An initial assessment by an engineer would have been better.

Car came on time as promised but car satnav data had to be done some 10 days later - but still not a hassle for me. Would have been nice if car had came with interior car mats as standard.

I always get good service at Harry Fairbairn in Inverness. They keep me informed as to progress on any work being done and they present my car to me in clean condition ready to drive away. I couldn't ask for a better service.

All was done exceptionally smoothly. Only reason a point was lost is the Navigation hadn't been activated before collection. It was sorted the next day so no real issue.

I was kept updated while my car was being serviced, it was washed and hoovered before I collected it. The people in the garage I met were very friendly and approachable.
