Staff at Harry Fairbairn in Inverness are very good indeed. Welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Costs have always been surprisingly low and, as an added bonus, my car always gets a clean when it's in for any amount of work.

I called and must have left 10+ messages but nobody ever called me back. In the end I had to drive the 32 miles to the dealership. Booking in was relatively painless but no offer was made in regards to courtesy car and I had to wait 3+ weeks.

I never get correct information. I phoned the garage in January to ask if I needed a service and was told no, I phoned twice more (the garage and the 'booking line') after my service light wouldn't go out and was still told no! And yet I did need it.

They have now moved the Mini dealership and merged it with BMW, there was hardly any parking! The sales department was nearly non existent with only a few models showing, non of them being new models!

I delivered car at 9 am and it was not ready till 5.45pm. Far too long. Possibly service was started late. There was an electronic problem: however it did seem too long to wait. Also car was not cleaned inside and out. No criticism of reception staff
